WEDNESDAY 13TH - MONDAY 18TH AUGUST 2025
With the success of the Bad Nauheim’s European Elvis Festival and the unveiling of the Elvis Statue there, interest in Elvis’ life in the US Army has grown considerably, and with the Elvis Travel Service oering regular tours each year there has never been a better time to visit. This year we have a tour to the annual European Elvis Festival in August 2025 that includes a comprehensive tour of Bad Nauheim where Elvis lived during his posting in Germany plus visits to nearby Friedberg where he was based, to Bad Homburg to see the first hotel that he stayed at in Germany and to the pretty village of Steinfurth where his unit helped the local community by moving a massive War Memorial.
Our second tour, in October, instead of the Festival, features the rest of the above plus a fabulous day’s
sightseeing tour of the
film location sites of the Elvis movie G I Blues and includes a cable car ride in beautiful Rudesheim situated on the River Rhine.
One of the aspects that the Elvis Travel Service is known for is our detailed research into all-things Elvis and knowing that Elvis
used his furlough long weekends to visit Paris we thought it a good idea to do likewise – tracing Elvis’ very steps as he toured
and enjoyed the French capital. You can now add this Paris extension on to the Bad Nauheim and G I Blues Tour.
What a choice – and what’s not to like?
