EPiC AT THE IMAX
A very special Strictly Elvis Family showing
FRIDAY FEBRUARY 20TH 2026 - 3:30PM
On Friday 20th February Strictly Elvis will be taking over the prestigious IMAX
screen in the UK - the BFI (that's the British Film Institute - told you it was prestigious!) IMAX in Waterloo, London* for a special showing of the highly anticipated new Elvis film from Baz
Lurhmann - EPiC
And you - our Elvis Family - are invited!
And to make it even more epic - this is the largest cinema screen in the UK! Not just
in London, but in the whole of the country!! It's HUGE!! Measuring 25.9 meters (85 feet) wide by 19.8 meters (65 feet) tall!
Wow - just wait until you see Elvis on that!
And as for the sound - the BFI IMAX uses a powerful, custom 12-channel IMAX sound
system featuring high-end speakers (like Kenga and JBL), subwoofers, and specialized amplifiers for immersive, dynamic audio that fills the massive auditorium - basically it's going to be Elvis very
loud and very proud!
This isn't just a film showing this will be a complete immersive Elvis
experience.
When it's Elvis it's got to be the biggest and best - and Strictly Elvis are proud to
be able to bring the biggest and best EPiC experience for our Elvis Family.
The performance will be at 3:30pm, so will be one of the first showings in the UK,
and this early start time will give you the chance to come along and see the film and get home afterwards - or staying over and making a weekend of it!
