Who’d have thought so many people would still be celebrating the life and work of any singer or movie star on what would have been the 50th Anniversary year of their passing.… well we would obviously…because we’re Elvis fans, but can you name anyone else (in the whole history of entertainment?) other than Elvis that had such exceptional talent that makes anyone feel this way?

Memphis never disappoints the true fan, and during our comprehensive guided tour we’ll show you what shaped Elvis’ life, from his homes, the stages he appeared on, the recording studios he used and where he dined, relaxed and socialised. With over 60 Elvis sights to see and enjoy, this will be a tour to remember. There is also an optional full day tour to Tupelo to visit Elvis’ Birthplace, his schools, the church he attended, the hardware
store where his beloved mother Gladys bought him his first guitar. Just so much to see.
Our ‘home’ for the duration will be the Holiday Inn Express conveniently situated on Elvis Presley Boulevard with spacious, comfortable rooms and with an enhanced continental breakfast included for the duration of your stay.

OUR ITINERARY 

Day 1. Tuesday 16th March 2027
Morning departure from Heathrow Airport for our flight to the USA. As there are no direct flights from London to Memphis we will change
flights and clear US Immigration and Customs at a ‘gateway’ airport on route. Coach transfer to hotel and evening free. Your first opportunity
to stand at the famous music gates and see Graceland beyond
 

Day 2. Wednesday 17th March - Graceland Day
Full day’s visit to Graceland, with a morning tour of Elvis’ mansion andthe rest of the day for viewing Presley Motors Car Museum, Elvis’ aircraft and many other Elvis Exhibits. shops and eateries within the extensive Graceland complex. Why not join your Tour Managers for an evening on famous Beale Street?​

Day 3. Thursday 18th March
A free day to explore or relax. Join us on the Elvis Travel Service Shuttle Bus to see the legendary Duck Parade at The Peabody Hotel or visit the Stax, Rock & Soul, Cotton or Civil Rights museums, there is so much to see and do in Memphis. Perhaps an afternoon visit to Walmart on our free shuttle bus for some great value shopping, the choice is yours.
In the evening enjoy a visit to the Guest House at Graceland for dinner or to explore this iconic, hotel and relax with a drink in the bar.
 

Day 4. Friday 19th March - Tupelo Optional Tour
Today we have an optional full day Excursion to Tupelo. Join us as we cross the State Line into Mississippi and on to one of the friendliest places on Earth! Here we visit Elvis Presley’s Birthplace where you’ll be able to see the humble home where he was born, the Elvis Museum, the First Assembly of God Church, Memorial Chapel as well as the ‘Elvis at 13’ and ‘Becoming’ statues. In the afternoon we take you on a Guided Tour of the places that were so significant in Elvis’ early life. You’ll see where he went to school, where he forged his passion for Gospel music, where he first appeared in public, where his mother Gladys bought him his first guitar and even where he stole his first kiss! Plus lots more besides. Time too for some shopping before heading back to Memphis. Alternatively, you have a free day, perhaps a return visit to Graceland or lunch in the Arcade Restaurant, one of Elvis’ favourites.

Day 5. Saturday 20th March
A free day- what’s it to be; a Riverboat Cruise on the legendary Mississippi River or some retail therapy at the giant Pyramid Bass Pro store?
In the evening join your Tour Managers for some of the best BBQ Memphis has to offer at the Elvis themed restaurant, Marlowe’s.
 

Day 6. Sunday 21st March (Full Day Memphis Tour)
Today we’ll show you the major tourist sights of Memphis but so much more as we explore Elvis’ life here. You’ll see where Elvis went to school, church, shopped, where else he lived, worked, recorded, performed and lots more on what is regarded as the most comprehensive tour there is. A day to remember.
 

Day 7. Monday 22nd March
Morning free for those last souvenirs and a final look at Graceland before transferring to the airport for the overnight flight to the UK
 

Day 8. Tuesday 23rd March
Late morning arrival into London Heathrow.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is mandatory that all passengers have sufficient travel insurance. Cover is not effective until the premium has been paid and your application approved by the insurers. If you are relying on travel insurance provided by your bank or credit card provider as part of their service please check that their cover is sufficient, in particular with regard to cancellation charges.
Please ensure that your Cancellation Cover includes the refund of any prepaid hotel accommodation, additional flights and admission charges in the event of the airline cancelling a flight as we are booking and prepaying for these on your behalf.’

FLIGHTS AND TIMINGS
The flights will be in economy class on a major scheduled airline from London’s Heathrow Airport. Flight times will be confirmed on your Confirmation-Invoice although these are subject to change. The baggage allowance is 50lbs (23kgs) per person.
 

EXCHANGE RATES
The tour price is based at the currency exchange rate at the time of costing this holiday - £1.00 Sterling being equal to $1.30 US Dollars.

PAYMENT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
A payment of £1000 per person deposit is payable upon booking. Upon receipt of your deposit (and obviously subject to places being available) you will be sent a Confirmation-Invoice showing the
balance payable no later 15th December 2026.
Approximately 15 days before departure you will be sent your Travel Wallet containing your e-tickets, baggage tags, a souvenir lanyard/tour
pass and final itinerary and joining instructions.
