This is the BIG one, the Elvis 50th Anniversary Tour. Who can believe that we’re still paying homage to one man, Elvis Aaron Presley, 50 years after his untimely passing. Instead of the interest diminishing it has significantly grown. We now understand the outstanding legacy he has left us and know that there isn’t another artist who can take his place.
On this special occasion Elvis fans will gather from all 4 corners of the world in Memphis to celebrate the life of Elvis and to pay
their respects, there isn’t anywhere else we would rather be, therefore we understand the demand is going to be
great and would urge you to book early (if you haven’t already done so) to avoid disappointment.
This will be our 55th year of organising Elvis tours and on this significant anniversary we proudly offer 3 wonderful
tours, all with great itineraries, a wide choice of hotels and they all come with That unique Elvis Travel Service touch of
making your holiday truly memorable.
Tour A takes in the best of Memphis and Tupelo complete with our now famous all day Elvis Memphis City Tour with
all admissions included. An opportunity to join in with the Elvis Presley Enterprises concerts and events and make the most of each day by using our Elvis Travel Service shuttle buses to ensure you
don’t miss a thing. Tupelo will be waiting for us with its famous Southern hospitality and what a VIP experience this will be, enjoying the most comprehensive tour of its type in Elvis’ city of
birth.
Tour B is for those wishing to carry on the tour as we take you to Hawai‘i, the Aloha State, undoubtedly one of
Elvis’ favourite destinations and it’s easy to see why. Enjoy the vibrant spirit of Kaua‘i and O‘ahu - both paradise islands with a rich history of Elvis, from concerts to movies and vacations. We
end our tour in Los Angeles a place that Elvis knew well from his various homes, movie sets and recording studios.
And Tour C offers those of you with limited time or who may have visited Memphis and Tupelo many times, the
option of joining us for Kaua‘i and Waikīkī Beach in Hawai‘i and Hollywood, Burbank and Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.

TOUR A. MEMPHIS & TUPELO
Day 1. Wednesday 11th August 2027
Flights from London *Heathrow to Memphis.
Transfer to our great choice of hotels inc. The Guest House at Graceland, the Holiday Inn Express on Elvis Presley Boulevard, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown and The
Peabody.
Day 2. Thursday 12th August
Full day visit to Graceland, including the Mansion Tour, Elvis’ aircraft, Car museum and the other exhibits.
Day 3. Friday 13th August
Full day Guided Tour of the Elvis (and other) sights of Memphis and on which you’ll see where else Elvis lived, where he went to school, performed, shopped, worshipped and recorded - including a tour
of Sun Studio – on the most in-depth Elvis sightseeing tour that there is.
Day 4. to Day 6. Saturday 14th to Monday 16th
August
Three glorious days free to visit, explore and relax. Certainly lots to do, take a
sightseeing cruise on the Mississippi, visit the Rock & Soul, Civil Rights
or Cotton Museums, shop in the trendy stores of South Main Street, revisit Graceland, enjoy the many concerts and events (including the Candlelight Vigil) arranged by EPE, tour the famous Stax Studio/Museum or bop your way down Beale Street – the choice is yours and our special free Shuttle Bus will take you there.
Day 7. Tuesday 17th August
Morning drive to Tupelo where we visit the Elvis Presley Birthplace and have ample time to go into the humble home where he was born, to visit the Elvis Museum, the First Assembly of God Church that Elvis attended, the Memorial Chapel, Theatre, Souvenir shop and lots more besides before making our way to our hotels. This evening we have a special Elvis Gala Party.
Day 8. Wednesday 18th August
We start the day with a guided tour of the Elvis sights of Tupelo on which you’ll see the schools that he attended, where he first sang in public, where he got his Gospel influence, where
Gladys bought his first guitar and even where he stole his first kiss! Afternoon and evening at leisure.
Day 9. Thursday 19th August
Morning drive to Memphis Airport where we join our return overnight flights to the UK.
Day 10. Friday 20th August
Lunchtime arrival into our originating airport.
TOUR B. MEMPHIS, TUPELO, HAWAI‘I & LOS ANGELES
Day 1 to Day 9. Wednesday 11th to Thursday 19th August 2027
As per Tour A except instead of flying East to the UK on Thursday 19th August we fly West and all the way to the beautiful islands of Hawai‘i. Arrival at our hotel on the
island of Kaua‘i will be in the late evening.
Day 10. to Day 12. Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd August
Three wonderful days in ‘the Garden Isle’ as Kaua‘i is known. One of the most beautiful places on the planet and where many major movies have been made including an Elvis fan favourite – Blue
Hawaii.
Time to explore the Elvis film locations, enjoy a traditional luau with opportunities to laze on the
beach and enjoy the sunshine.
Day 13. Monday 23rd August
Midday flight from Kaua‘i to the island of O‘ahu and to Honolulu, the capital city of Hawai‘i.
Coach transfer to our hotel situated on famous Waikīkī Beach. Remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 14 to Day 17. Tuesday 24th to Friday 27th August
Four days in a Hawaiian paradise. On one day we’ll have a full day tour of the island, on another there’s a half day visit to Pearl Harbour, with other Elvis sights
included too. Plus, there’s time to enjoy some optional activities including a visit to the famous Polynesian Cultural Center and a sunset cruise plus, of course, time on the
beach.
Day 18. Saturday 28th August
Early morning transfer to Honolulu Airport for our flight to Los Angeles and the drive to our hotel in Burbank for the remainder of our holiday. Remainder of the day free.
Day 19. Sunday 29th August
Morning visit to Hollywood and to exclusive Beverly Hills. See the famous HOLLYWOOD sign, stand in the footprints of the Stars at Graumann’s Chinese Theatre, seek out Elvis’ Star on the
Hollywood Walk of Fame (we’ll show you where!) and follow us while we show you many other Elvis sights in this iconic city.
Day 20. Monday 30th August
An opportunity to explore some of the locations that Elvis frequented whilst living, recording and filming in Los Angeles before we join our overnight flight to the UK.
Day 21. Tuesday 31st August
Arrive at Heathrow

Known as the “South’s Grand Hotel,” The Peabody Memphis is legendary for its charm, elegance, gracious hospitality, and rich history. This hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places
and is world-famous for its Grand Lobby. Features luxury accommodation, an indoor pool, fitness centre and full-service spa. Breakfast is not included
Hilton Garden Inn Union Avenue -
(Tours A2 and B2 : Tupelo – Hilton Garden Inn)
Centrally positioned in the heart of Downtown within walking distance of famous Beale Street. It enjoys modern comforts with skyline views, bar and grille, swimming pool, complimentary free WiFi with
many conveniences such as a laundry room and a fitness centre. Breakfast is not included
TUPELO:
Hotel Tupelo
Located in the heart of Tupelo this modern boutique hotel offers handsomely furnished rooms and has a trendy bar-restaurant regarded as the ‘hippest’ place in town. Breakfast is not
included.
Hilton Garden Inn
Situated in Downtown Tupelo this conveniently located hotel offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi, air-conditioning, and modern amenities.
The hotel restaurant serves American cuisine with dinner and cocktails in a traditional ambience. Breakfast is not included
Holiday Inn & Suites
This modern hotel offers the ultimate in convenience, amenities, hospitality, and
relaxation. It offers an on-site restaurant and bar, indoor pool, free WiFi and a wellequipped

KAUA‘I:
Kaua’i Shores Hotel
An ocean-front hotel that features a private beach on the serene Royal Coconut Coast. It has a sea view restaurant, bar and lounge and a 6-acre tropical courtyard with pools and hot tub. Its lively
atmosphere blends retro-Hawaiian charm with all modern comforts. Breakfast is not included.
Special Note – Coco Palms Hotel, Kaua‘i
It was originally planned to stay at the Coco Palms Hotel where Elvis stayed and was featured in the movie Blue
Hawaii. The hotel was destroyed by Hurricane Iniki in 1992 and the latest of several owners of the site has started
the long process of rebuilding it. We have recently been informed that the expected opening date of the new Coco Palms will now be “late 2028”. However we are still hoping to visit the site during
our tour.
HONOLULU:
The Hilton Hawaiian Village
The hotel that Elvis called home, escape to a tropical hideaway located on world-famous Waikīkī Beach with its own 22-acre paradise featuring magnificent landscaped gardens, pools and waterslides as
well as its own saltwater lagoon. The hotel boasts 18 different restaurants, cafés and bars ensuring that all tastes are catered for. Free WiFi, Fitness Centre and Spa.

LOS ANGELES:
Hotel Burbank
Conveniently located in downtown Burbank, close to a variety of entertainment
venues, bars and shops, the hotel offers large, comfortable rooms, a wellstocked
bar, restaurant and café, Free WiFi, a heated outdoor pool and lovely
gardens. Breakfast is not included

Not Included:- Very little – just any meals not shown as included, travel insurance and personal
expenses such as laundry, phone calls etc.
ROOM-MATE SERVICE
If you are travelling alone but would like to share (either for company or to keep the cost down) we will gladly endeavour to pair you up with another fan of similar age/gender. This is something
that we regularly do and have found that long-lasting friendships are formed as a result.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is mandatory that all passengers have sufficient travel insurance. Cover is not effective until the premium has been paid and your application approved by the insurers. If you are relying on
travel insurance provided by your bank or credit
card provider as part of their service please check that their cover is sufficient, in particular with regard to cancellation charges.
FLIGHTS AND TIMINGS
The flights will be in economy class on a major scheduled airline from *Heathrow Airport. Flight times will be confirmed on your Confirmation- Invoice although these are subject to change. The
baggage allowance is 50lbs (23kgs) per person.
*it might be possible for Tour A passengers to depart from Manchester or Glasgow at extra cost.

EXCHANGE RATES AND FLIGHT COSTS
The tour price is based at the currency exchange rate at the time of costing this holiday - £1.00 Sterling being equal to $1.30 US Dollars. The flight costs are based on 2026 fares plus an allowance
of 7.5% to cover the additional year’s
price rise. As airlines will not confirm their fares until 11 months prior to departure neither we nor anyone else can guarantee flight rates although we believe that we have made adequate price
provision on each of the tours offered.’
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH
A full Electronic Passport (e-Passport) issued bythe UK Government or a member state of the European Union and valid for at least 6 months Visas are not required for the majority of British Citizens
visiting the USA as there is a Visa Waiver
ESTA (USA) system in place instead. To obtain a mandatory ESTA for the USA you should complete the Visa Waiver Form online at https:// esta.cpb.dhs.gov/ no later than 2 weeks before departure The cost is currently $40 (payable
by
Debit/Credit Card) and the ESTA is valid for 2 years or until the expiry of your Passport if earlier.

No vaccinations or inoculations are currently required for British Subjects.
CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
August weather in Memphis and Tupelo is hot and humid, ranging upwards from the mid- 80’sF, so pack lightweight, breathable clothing with a comfortable pair of walking shoes or trainers. Hawai‘i
and Los Angeles are also likely
to be hot and sunny and also in the 80’sF so wear sunscreen and keep hydrated. The USA is known for its informality so nowhere are you expected to ‘dress-up’ although those that wish to will find
plenty of opportunities.
PAYMENT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Upon receipt of your Deposit (and obviously subject to places being available) you will be sent a Confirmation-Invoice showing the balance due. Further payments will be required by the dates shown on
the Reservation Form and also on the Confirmation-Invoice. We operate a saving scheme please contact us for details.
Approximately 15 days before departure you will be sent your Travel Wallet containing your Tour Joining Instructions and E-Tickets, your baggage tags, additional information and your Souvenir
lanyard/Tour Pass together with a fully detailed Final Itinerary.
